The Lead Accountant at Blue Mountain Action Council will oversee accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely cash receipts, and strong internal controls. This role requires lead supervision of AR staff, collaboration with program managers, and coordination with the CFO on month-end closings and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting, grant management, and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible accounting experience, with AR, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
