Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Sonova Consumer Hearing USA is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to help streamline our A/R delivery and collection efforts. This role will work to identify key A/P contacts at our customers, collaborate with internal departments, and ensure smooth A/R administration while improving key metrics.

Responsibilities :

1. Spearhead customer disputes to resolution, document root causes of payment issues, and drive improvement methods.
2. Drive a more robust and proactive account reconciliation process.
3. Proactively monitor payment behaviors on accounts.
4. Drive collections through outbound calls to delinquent customers.
5. Work with internal teams to prioritize and monitor customer accounts, understand reasons for non-payment, and take necessary steps to resolve issues.
6. Coordinate with our outsourced service provider for transactional support and basic dunning support.

About You :

1. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Collections or A/R.
3. Experience managing A/R for large consumer electronics retailers or direct-to-consumer channels is desirable.
4. Staff Accounting experience is highly preferred.

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required for remote/hybrid work at Sonova.

This role's pay range is $68,000-$98,000 and is bonus eligible.
