Join to apply for the Systems Analyst III - EPIC Billing role at Cleveland Clinic.

This role involves participating in feasibility analysis, estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, implementing, quality assurance evaluation, and modification of automated systems. The analyst will define training requirements and assist with automated systems training, as well as recommend solutions to enhance system functionality.

As an Epic Billing Systems Analyst, you will support department projects, develop work products, maintain schedules, track resources, and ensure project timelines are met. The position offers a remote work opportunity from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call requirements.

The ideal candidate should have:

• An associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience; or a high school diploma with seven years of experience; or a bachelor’s degree with three years of experience.
• ITIL Foundations Certification within six months of hire.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of Epic build experience.
• One or more Epic Certifications (e.g., Resolute Hospital Billing, SBO, Claims, Charge Router).

Physical requirements include the ability to perform stationary work, travel within the hospital system, operate office equipment, and occasionally move up to 20 lbs. Personal protective equipment will be used as required.

The pay range is $33.46 to $51.03 per hour, with actual compensation based on experience and other factors. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in the Information Technology field within the healthcare industry.
