Job summary

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in an engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Directs Programs and Projects related to product introductions and works with engineering on new product development.
• Assists customers with ordering information and configurations; evaluates needs and matches with services.
• Coordinates quotations, pricing, lead times, and contracts; follows up on outstanding quotations.
• Liaises with purchasing, production, quality, engineering, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provides weekly activity and sales forecasts; participates in design reviews and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key customers to drive business growth.
