Job summary

Elbit America, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle AP processing for the Warfighter Systems division in Roanoke, VA. You will manage Concur travel and expense approvals, assist with payroll processing as needed, and prepare monthly closing journal entries.

You will work closely with Purchasing/Receiving and vendors to resolve issues, support cash forecasting, and participate in quarterly inventory activities. Strong Excel, GAAP, and SOX knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• 2–5+ years Accounts Payables experience; payroll experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots) and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and SOX controls; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payables invoices and maintain AP ledger.
• Schedule weekly check runs and wire payments; process debits.
• Support cash disbursement pacing and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Manage Concur travel/expense approvals and processing.
