Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5+ years accounts payable experience; payroll is a plus.
• Strong multi-tasking in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payables invoices.
• Maintain Accounts Payables ledger.
• Schedule weekly check runs and process wire payments.
• Process debit memos.
• Support Cash disbursements pacing and help maintain Cash Flow forecasting.
• Manage Concur travel and expense report approvals and processing.
• Accrue and file Sales Tax on a monthly basis.
• Work closely with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve issues.
• Liaise with external vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Perform monthly closing activities and journal entries.
• Backup payroll processing and related activities.
• Assist with quarterly inventory counts/audits.
• Support legacy ERP and new Infor ERP system implementations.
