Qualifications

• 2 years of experience managing a corporate purchasing card program (Senior)
• Demonstrated proficiency with Asset Suite, document management systems and SQL

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the corporate purchasing card program
• Analyze and process payment documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform cardholder account management, transaction research and reconciliation
• Provide training and promote policy compliance, mitigate risk, maximize program effectiveness
• Serve as liaison with employees, leadership, vendors, and banking representatives
