CHS Inc. in the United States is hiring a Senior AP Specialist to join its finance team. The Senior AP Specialist will provide day-to-day support for the business unit customers and vendors through the procure-to-pay process and seek efficiencies.

This remote position offers exposure to corporate ERP systems, helps ensure accurate invoicing, payments and compliance, and involves involvement in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/automated financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices within the procure-to-pay process and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist with invoicing, collections and data entry in ERP systems.
• Train and support AR/AP team members and maintain accurate client files.
