Job summary

Helion is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to own the end-to-end AP process at our Seattle, WA office. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and business teams to resolve issues, support month-end close, and optimize AP systems and controls.

The role requires 5+ years of AP experience, proficiency with Tipalti or Ramp, and the ability to process numerous invoices weekly. Onsite role with strong collaboration and process-improvement focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years end-to-end accounts payable experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Experience with Tipalti, Ramp or similar AP platforms.
• Ability to perform two- and three-way invoice matching and process ~200 invoices per week.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when deadlines arise.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP processes from intake to posting and retention.
• Perform two- and three-way matching and resolve discrepancies before posting.
• Collaborate with GL, Supply Chain, Receiving, Procurement to address issues.
• Execute ACH, wire, and card payments in compliance with controls.
• Maintain vendor records, onboarding docs, and banking details; reconcile statements.
• Support month-end close and assist with accruals and aging items.
• Contribute to process improvements, testing, audits, and finance projects.
