Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP operation across multiple entities. You will mentor an established AP team and drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements.

This role partners with Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations, oversees full AP cycles, ensures internal controls, and supports audits and ERP projects. A strong Excel and ERP background is required.

Qualifications

• Lead a high-volume AP operation across multiple entities.
• Experience overseeing high-volume invoice processing and payment operations.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP processes, reconciliations, close activities, internal controls, and ERP systems.
• Oracle Fusion and Medius experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, vendor management, and payment execution.
• Manage ACH, wire, check, and other payment processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Monitor AP workflows, reconciliations, accrued liabilities, and month-end close activities across multiple entities.
• Establish and track departmental KPIs, addressing workflow bottlenecks and driving operational improvements.
• Support audits, ERP projects, and cross-functional initiatives to improve procure-to-pay effectiveness.
