Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-entity AP function onsite. You will manage invoice receipt, validation, coding, approvals, and diverse payment methods while driving KPI-driven improvements.

You will mentor the AP team, partner with Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations, and participate in ERP upgrades and process automation. A strong background in full-cycle AP and vendor management is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience.
• 5+ years of management experience leading an AP team.
• Experience managing high-volume invoice processing and payment operations.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience supporting month-end close, accrued liabilities, and audits.
• Experience with ACH, wire, checks and other payment processes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Medius preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day AP operations across multiple entities.
• Manage invoice receipt, validation, coding, approval routing, and vendor inquiries.
• Oversee payment processing including ACH, wire, and checks.
• Develop and monitor departmental KPIs and performance measures.
• Mentor and develop AP team members.
• Support internal and external audit requests and provide documentation.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, and Operations to optimize procure-to-pay.
• Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and optimization projects.
