Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient working with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s degree - Accounting, Business Administration

Responsibilities

• Manage the AP disbursement team handling vendor payments (check, ACH, and electronic payment solutions).
• Oversee corporate credit card administration, charge tracking, and employee expense reporting through the T&E system.
• Serve as an escalation point for vendor relations, maintain cross-departmental partnerships, and resolve high-priority internal requests.
• Identify, recommend, and implement workflow optimizations and internal control enhancements.
• Act as the SME for AP processes during system modernizations and migrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Accounts Payable inquiries.
• Leverage advanced spreadsheet capabilities to analyze AP metrics, identify trends, and streamline audit compliance.
• Maintain SOPs, policies, and internal control documentation for AP workflows.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across AP functions, including 1099 and sales/use tax filings.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor AP staff; manage performance and KPIs.
