Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company seeks a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable to lead the AP team and the Travel & Entertainment program. The role drives high-accuracy vendor payments, corporate card administration, and cross-departmental collaboration from a base in Hershey, PA.

You will规范ly manage workflows, optimize processes, and enforce internal controls while mentoring AP staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Skilled in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Proficient working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s degree - Accounting, Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AP disbursement team handling vendor payments (check, ACH, and electronic payment solutions).
• Oversee corporate credit card administration, charge tracking, and employee expense reporting through the T&E system.
• Serve as an escalation point for vendor relations and cross-departmental partnerships.
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations and internal control enhancements.
• Act as SME for AP processes during system modernizations.
• Primary point of contact for all Accounts Payable inquiries.
• Leverage advanced spreadsheet capabilities to analyze AP metrics and audit compliance.
• Maintain SOPs, policies, and internal control documentation for AP workflows.
• Oversee regulatory compliance including 1099 reporting and state/federal filings.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor AP staff; evaluate performance and KPIs.
