Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company (HE&R) is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst in Hershey, PA. You will evaluate credit data, prepare analyses, and set up credit accounts while supporting monthly financial reporting and AR processes.

Responsibilities include credit decision-making, collaboration with sales, policy development, and reconciliations. Excellent Excel skills and Workday experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Hospitality Management.
• Industry experience in Hospitality/Tourism.
• ERP experience with Workday preferred.
• No visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness by analyzing financial data and credit reports.
• Approve credit limits and establish credit accounts for approved customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to manage lines of credit and deposits.
• Develop reports and policies to monitor credit policy compliance.
• Reconcile deposits and prepare weekly journal entries.
• Analyze accounts receivable using DSO, CEI, and ADD metrics.
• Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations and summary reports.
