Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Hospitality Management.
• Industry experience in Hospitality/Tourism.
• ERP experience with Workday preferred.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate customer creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements and credit reports; approve credit limits within designated authority and establish credit accounts for approved customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to manage lines of credit based on financial status and payment history.
• Develop reports, policies, and procedures to monitor credit policy compliance and account status.
• Review and update credit policy and accounts receivable procedures to improve efficiency and manage risk.
• Reconcile check deposits and prepare weekly journal entries for deposits.
• Analyze Accounts Receivable using metrics like DSO, CEI and ADD.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and publish summary reports for management.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly credit activity with sales teams to ensure timely deposits.
• Compile and analyze information to prepare invoices and record adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s credit policy and communicate requirements to Sales and other departments.
• Communicate with Sales and customers to resolve credit and balance issues.
• Identify, research, and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
