Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or Hospitality Management.
Industry Experience - Hospitality/Tourism
ERP Experience - Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customer creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and relevant data.
Collaborate with sales teams to manage lines of credit and deposits.
Develop reports, policies, and procedures to monitor credit policy compliance.
Review and update credit policies to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Reconcile check deposits and prepare weekly journal entries for deposits.
Analyze Accounts Receivable using metrics like DSO and ADD.
Prepare month-end reconciliations and distribute management reports.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly credit to ensure timely deposits.
Prepare invoices and record adjustments; ensure policy compliance.
Communicate credit situations clearly to Sales and customers.
