Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of experience in related field (Accounts Payable, Accounting, Banking, etc.) including one year of lead work.
• Proficient Excel skills and ability to reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead in processing banking payment activities, including checks, voiding, ACHs, and wires; supervise staff.
• Ensure payments meet terms and comply with city policies and procedures.
• Monitor payment accuracy, data entry standards, and remittance criteria.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries to resolve payment issues and maintain relationships.
• Use SAP Financial and Accounting System to retrieve data and prepare reports.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain records in ECM and ensure data integrity.
