Job summary

Russell Tobin in New York City is seeking a Senior Associate, Accounts Payable for a 3-6 month contract with extension possibilities. The role is hybrid, located on Avenue of the Americas, NYC.

You will lead vendor onboarding, manage payment processing with accuracy and timeliness, support tax-related AP activities (1099s), and handle complex AP issues and escalations. Candidate Profile Sought

• Senior-level Accounts Payable professional with 5+ years of experience
• Background in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Comfortable handling complex AP issues and escalations
