Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate with two (2) years of advanced business/accounting education preferred.
• 3+ years experience in Accounting or a related field.
• Must be computer literate, possess good keyboarding skills, organizational skills and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable processing and maintenance for multiple construction projects.
• Review and post job costs and committed costs for vendors.
• Verify compliance items (insurance certificates, W-9s etc.) before issuing first check.
• Prepare and balance weekly disbursements for check processing.
• Maintain accurate and orderly files; file weekly, monthly and annual reports.
• Scan, post and route invoices in Fisk’s imaging system.
• Share knowledge and train RAC associates in AP processes.
