Job summary

Reporting to the Controller, you will assist with AR reporting, deposit handling, audits, and compliance with city/pay or play requirements, while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of accounts receivable experience with a contracting company preferred.
• Knowledge of standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and collections across multiple projects.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and monitor outstanding balances.
• Assist with audits related to billing and collections and forecast cash flow.
• Provide receptionist coverage during breaks and support administrative tasks as needed.
