Unrivaled Teamwear LLC is seeking a Sr Manager of Accounting & Tax to lead the company’s accounting and tax function for a dynamic wholesale apparel business. You will report to the Sr.

Director of Finance and own SG&A, royalties, standard costing, and customer discounts, while driving tax reporting and forecasting, close cycles, and internal controls. This hands-on leader will partner with Finance to optimize margins, working capital, and tax exposure across domestic and international channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA required; master’s in accounting or taxation a plus.
• 5+ years in accounting and tax with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process with a defined calendar.
• Oversee SG&A accounting, including accruals, allocations, and variance analysis.
• Manage balance sheet accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Own standard costing, variances, landed cost, and COGS analysis.
• Oversee customer discounts, allowances, rebates, and gross-to-net reporting.
• Lead AP/AR and cash application with strong controls.
