Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, CPA or equivalent preferred, and proficiency with NetSuite, Ramp, and payroll systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-finance audiences.
• Experience improving financial processes, workflows, or systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Promote and contribute to HOPE International’s mission and vision.
• Leadership & Management of the accounting operations staff.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close for US entities, including journals and reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant records with proper documentation and approvals.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, payroll accounting, and reimbursements.
• Oversee treasury and cash management, bank accounts, and internal controls.
• Support domestic and international payment processes and audits.
• Provide systems leadership for NetSuite, Ramp, ADP, and related platforms.
