Pasona Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee U.S. accounting operations from Torrance, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager in Hong Kong.

You will manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls, while supervising one staff member and coordinating with HQ. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of accounting experience, GAAP expertise, ERP proficiency (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP), advanced Excel, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounting experience including responsibility for US full-cycle accounting.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, payroll providers, and other professional advisors.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is a plus for cross-border coordination.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. operations (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting).
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and schedules.
• Coordinate financial reporting with Hong Kong headquarters.
• Maintain internal controls and financial governance practices.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and payroll providers.
• Supervise staff member handling finance and admin support.
