Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and auditing awareness.
• Experience in financial reporting and internal controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing, training and performance management of the accounting team.
• Oversee accounts payable, invoicing and payroll processes.
• Implement and manage internal controls to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Direct month-end close and prepare key financial reports.
• Analyze reports and data; recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies and laws.
• Assist in budget development and forecasting; drive process improvements.
