Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, oversee ledger accounts, and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will guide the team through month-end closes, budgeting, and forecasting while driving process improvements and internal controls.

The role is based in Neenah, Wisconsin, and reports to the Corporate Accounting Management Team. A CPA and strong experience with SAP/Hyperion are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Experience with month-end close, reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Directs staffing, training, and performance management of the accounting team.
• Manages accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and month-end close processes.
• Implements internal controls and drives process improvements across accounting.
