You will manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, drive controls, and partner with cross-functional teams on ERP enhancements.

The role emphasizes scalable growth through process standardization, KPI development, and collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $145,000.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ years leading and developing accounting teams.
• Strong expertise in month-end close, financial reporting, AR, AP, GL operations, internal controls, and US GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across AR, AP, and GL, while developing a team of accounting professionals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and compliance.
