Unplugged Performance is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities in Hawthorne, CA. The role partners with Finance leadership to strengthen processes and deliver timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, deep GAAP knowledge, hands-on QuickBooks Online expertise, and a proven ability to manage month-end close, intercompany activity, and cost accounting in multi-entity

5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong multi-entity accounting experience.
GAAP knowledge and general ledger expertise.
Hands-on month-end close and reconciliations.
Experience with ERP and QuickBooks Online.

Mansioni

Oversee day-to-day accounting across multiple entities and business units.
Own the monthly and year-end close process.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and closing activities.
Review general ledger activity and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Support preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting.
Assist with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across entities.
