Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting across multiple entities, including general ledger, month-end close, AP/AR, and fixed assets. You’ll establish standardized procedures, supervise staff, and support the broader financial strategy.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in leadership, ERP experience, and excellent Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience, incl. 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement prep.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems and cross-entity accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GL accounting across multiple entities and locations.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and reconciliations.
• Supervise AP, AR, and fixed assets functions; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Improve accounting processes and automate repetitive tasks.
