Job summary

Paragon Pro Rentals seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting across multiple entities. You will supervise staff, manage the general ledger, and oversee month-end close while ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

You will optimize AR/AP processes, manage fixed assets and inventory accounting, and support intercompany activity. A CPA or Master’s is preferred, with extensive GAAP knowledge and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement prep.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Experience with ERP systems and intercompany accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger and multi-entity month-end close across locations.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash application processes.
• Supervise accounting staff and develop process improvements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare management reports.
• Support intercompany transactions and consolidated financial reporting.
• Ensure capitalization, depreciation, and fixed assets are accurately recorded.
