Job summary

Wilder Technologies, LLC, a Wilder Technologies division of Amphenol, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations in Vancouver, WA. You will drive close processes, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain to analyze costs and performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rolling forecasts, SOX/COSO controls, and developing the accounting team while supporting finance integration across Amphenol. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex accounting and operational data into clear business insights.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, judgment, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with journals, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and adherence to Amphenol policies.
• Prepare and review monthly reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze product costs, margins, inventory, and business trends with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee standard cost maintenance, inventory valuation, variances, and overhead absorption.
