Job summary

Amphenol Network Solutions, headquartered in Liberty Lake, WA, seeks an Assistant Controller to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, produce GAAP financial statements, and govern the general ledger. You will partner with the CFO/Controller, drive process improvements, and develop the accounting team to deliver decision-ready insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's preferred.
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including close, reporting, general ledger, and audits.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing and cost-accounting experience with inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Experience in multi-location or public-company environments; strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with reconciliations and consolidations.
• Prepare and review GAAP financial statements and variance analysis.
• Maintain general ledger integrity, policy application, intercompany activity.
• Oversee manufacturing accounting including inventory valuation and variances.
• Maintain internal controls and lead audits and remediation.
• Coordinate external, internal, and corporate audits and provide documentation.
• Oversee accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, and treasury.
