Amphenol Communications Solutions in Vancouver, WA seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead month-end close, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with operations and leadership on budgeting and cost analysis.

The role supervises accounting staff, supports SOX/COSO compliance, and drives process improvements across ERP workflows. Strong leadership and manufacturing finance experience required; CPA or MBA preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience supervising an accounting team.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure general ledger accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasts for site leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, sales and supply chain on costs and margins.
• Oversee standard cost, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.
• Support budgets, rolling forecasts, and ROI analyses.
