Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supervising accounting staff.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting policies and practices.
• Experience in a global company and interfacing with non-U.S. based parent company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to develop processes with little direction.
• CPA a plus
• Experience in construction or renewable energy projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with strict timelines.
• Prepare consolidated USA Corp. financial statements and review subsidiary statements (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Oversee annual audit coordination with external auditors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
• Collaborate with non-U.S. based parent company and subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement new accounting policies; educate team on IFRS/US GAAP changes.
• Supervise accounting staff; manage workload and performance.
