Job summary

The role requires accuracy, problem-solving, and a collaborative approach with finance and non-finance teams. CPA/CMA is a plus; ERP and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; US GAAP knowledge.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; managerial preferred.
• Experience implementing internal controls and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process and GAAP reporting.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Manage inventory and fixed asset accounting; monitor controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors on audits and controls.
