Job summary

G3 Enterprises in Modesto, CA seeks an experienced accounting leader to drive technical accounting, financial reporting, and the annual audit process. You will oversee GAAP compliance across fixed assets, leases, and acquisitions while guiding the general ledger and close calendar.

You will manage a team of accounting professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement controls to improve financial visibility and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance with 8 years of accounting experience or 7 years in G3 accounting roles.
• Experience leading a team of Accounting professionals and supervising staff.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting lead on day-to-day activities and advise on complex accounting matters.
• Direct lease accounting, fixed assets, and property tax accounting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate consolidated financial statements and variance analyses for leadership and board reporting.
• Oversee internal audits and prepare financial statements and disclosures.
