Job summary

G3 Enterprises seeks a Sr. Manager-Technical Accounting to lead technical accounting and financial reporting for a multi‑subsidiary operation.

You will oversee GAAP guidance, close calendars, and audit coordination, while driving policy development and internal controls. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, leadership of accounting teams, and extensive experience with ERP systems and complex financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance with increasing accounting responsibility.
• CPA license preferred and beneficial for advanced financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience leading a finance team through month-end close and audits.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day technical accounting and GAAP guidance for the org.
• Directs lease, fixed asset, and property tax accounting functions.
• Manages company-wide month-end and year-end close and GL activities.
• Prepares consolidated statements, cash flows, and board-ready analyses.
• Develops accounting policies and internal controls within policy framework.
