Freestyle was founded by two dads who were tired of compromising on baby care essentials. We make clean, high-performance, total-chlorine-free diapers and wipes designed to raise expectations without raising prices. Every product is built on safety first — non-toxic, lab-tested materials and construction we're comfortable using on our own kids.
We're a fast-growing, remote-first team scaling into major retail partners while staying close to the everyday realities of new parents. If you like owning your piece of a growing operation, and working with people who care about getting the details right, we'd love to meet you.

Role Overview
As Freestyle's first dedicated accounting leader, you will own our financial books end-to-end and build the foundational accounting infrastructure needed to scale. You will drive our transition to full GAAP compliance, prepare the organization for its inaugural audit, lead an upcoming NetSuite ERP implementation, and manage our external accounting partners.
Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will lead accounting operations and the monthly close, collaborating closely on executive financial reporting provided to our Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.
Currently, day-to-day bookkeeping is supported by an outsourced team using QuickBooks Online. You will manage and elevate this relationship, instituting robust internal controls, improving reporting velocity, and ensuring rigorous data integrity.
