Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team and own the close process. You will drive accurate financial reporting, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with executive leadership on budgeting and strategic planning.

In this hands-on role, you will develop staff, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growth manufacturing environment. Competitive base salary with bonus opportunities and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or similar certification) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years managing teams.
• Strong cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting.
