DailyPay Inc in New York is seeking a Senior Manager - Accounting to direct global month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls, ensuring GAAP compliance.

You will lead a team of accounting professionals, collaborate with Legal, Engineering, and Product on new product launches, and partner with external auditors. CPA required; NetSuite and BlackLine experience highly valued.

• Active CPA license with strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the global month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes with accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Define and execute departmental goals to improve financial accuracy and close cycle.
• Serve as SME for complex accounting topics like revenue recognition and equity compensation.
• Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors for timely deliverables.
• Identify and implement NetSuite and fintech stack optimizations to automate workflows.
