Group CBS, Inc. seeks an experienced accounting leader to manage all accounting functions and supervise the accounting staff. You will ensure accurate recording, reporting, and compliance with policies and procedures across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include journal entries, GL reconciliations, month-end close, balance sheet and P&L reporting, audits support, and maintaining fixed asset registers. Strong Excel skills and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/cost accounting.
• Experience leading teams and working across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage accounting functions and supervise accounting staff.
• Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in balance sheet, P&L reporting and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Support internal and external audits and year-end processes.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
• Collaborate with staff accountants, AR/AP to meet deadlines.
• Drive monthly closing milestones and accuracy of reconciliations.
