You will own A/R, A/P, month‑end close, and cash management while coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee records. A senior, hands‑on leader is required to ensure accurate financial information and compliant processes across

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or office management.
• At least 5 years of team leadership with deadlines and accountability.
• Experience supporting multiple sites and ~90 employees.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable management reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and cash management for three DFW sites.
• Lead A/R and A/P processes, invoicing accuracy, collections and payment scheduling.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain bank balances and cash flow visibility for near-term needs.
• Coordinate HR processes including payroll, benefits, and records across sites.
• Ensure compliance with Texas and federal employment, payroll, and recordkeeping requirements.
