J.M. Fabrication Company, LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a Human Resources Manager to own HR for all sites and act as the voice of employees to leadership, reporting directly to the Owner.

You will handle employee relations, policy development, recruiting and onboarding, compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, ITAR, and payroll and benefits in ADP. This on-site role travels between DFW locations and is part-time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR generalist or HR manager experience.
• Experience supporting an hourly production workforce in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of federal and Texas employment law.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll system.
• Strong communication and judgment in both shop floor and leadership settings.

Responsibilities

• Own HR for every employee at every site and be the voice to leadership.
• Manage employee relations across sites, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce a single HR policy handbook with site addenda.
• Oversee recruiting and onboarding for production, quality, and office roles.
• Support payroll, benefits, and leave administration in ADP.
• Oversee compensation structures, job descriptions, and performance reviews.
• Track retention, attendance, and engagement by site.
