Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to own the monthly close, financial statements, and general ledger for a fintech platform. You will lead the ERP build-out of Rillet, design the chart of accounts, and drive automation across reconciliations and journal entries.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and scalable controls. You will manage audits, build team capabilities, and implement policy and process improvements to support

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting at a top-tier firm and leadership of close/financial reporting.
• Active CPA license (US) or CPA Canada designation.
• Deep US GAAP expertise including ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
• Experience integrating AI/automation into accounting workflows.
• Ability to translate requirements into system specifications with Engineering and Product.
• Proven team leadership in a high-growth or fintech environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financial statements from close to delivery for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
• Lead ERP build-out and integration of Rillet with subledgers and source systems.
• Redesign ledger and chart of accounts to support current operations and growth.
• Prepare for audits and quality of earnings reviews with documentation and controls.
• Drive AI adoption and automation in reconciliations, postings, and close management.
• Maintain control framework and segregation of duties for audits and diligence.
• Own month-end reporting package with variance analysis and KPIs.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors on audits and filings.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
