Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead the close, financial reporting, and ERP execution for a fintech-grade platform. You’ll own policy translation, build scalable systems, and partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations. Expect a strong emphasis on AI-enabled workflows, controls, and audit readiness.

You’ll shape the accounting function, mentor a growing team, and drive automation across reconciliations, postings, and close processes to support rapid growth.

Formación

• Track record of managing and developing high performing teams with clear review standards.
• Experience designing a general ledger and subledgers for a transaction-heavy platform.
• Translate product specs into journal entries, reconciliations, and controls.
• Active CPA license (US) or CPA Canada designation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and review the FS, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for GAAP compliance.
• Oversee audit readiness and support for a quality of earnings review over 9–18 months.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team; set ownership and deadlines.
• Own post-implementation build-out of Rillet ERP and integration with subledgers.
• Drive AI adoption and automation across reconciliations, journals, and postings.
