Job summary

RadNet in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a dedicated finance team. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support budgets and forecasts, with emphasis on GAAP compliance and process improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 4+ years in a fast-paced environment, advanced Excel, and strong analytical skills. You will collaborate with operations and auditors to deliver timely, accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations and financial statements.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare account reconciliations and flux analysis for balance sheets.
• Develop and document policies and procedures; lead process improvements.
• Interact with internal and external auditors and operations partners.
• Support SOX compliance control testing and research financial data.
• Collaborate with AP to ensure proper expense coding and postings.
• Assist in review of fixed asset accounts and capitalization policies.
