RadNet in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead a global AP operation across multiple entities and currencies. You will optimize processes, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong internal controls while aligning AP goals with corporate finance strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in AP, 3+ years in management, and a deep understanding of P2P, GAAP, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing global or multinational AP operations.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage employees while multitasking large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global accounts payable team.
• Oversee end-to-end AP across multiple entities and countries.
• Manage invoice processing for domestic and international suppliers.
• Coordinate payment runs in multiple currencies.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory payment requirements.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and ad hoc analyses.
