Job summary

Talent Elite Group is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their team in the West Los Angeles area. This role involves preparing journal entries, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and at least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $95k to $110k, along with bonuses and comprehensive health benefits including HSA and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries and financial records.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting reviews.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate expense coding.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
