Job summary

RadNet in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Director of Accounting and Finance to lead the accounting team, ensure US GAAP compliance, and deliver accurate financial data with a timely ERP close.

The role oversees monthly expense and financial analyses, manages expense reimbursements, drives process improvements (e.g., Alteryx), and coordinates with internal and external auditors to support strategic healthcare objectives.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with acute attention to detail.
• Extensive experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, payroll accounting and related liabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel; proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains ERP.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; 12 years hands-on experience in accounting; at least five (5) years’ experience in a managerial role; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting team’s day-to-day activities to ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP; manage ERP close process.
• Monthly financial and expense trend analysis supported by detailed workpapers and reconciliations.
• Oversee expense reimbursement review process, ensuring policy compliance and communications to stakeholders.
• Lead miscellaneous projects and/or application implementations (e.g., Alteryx) to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Other duties as assigned.
