Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst, Reporting & Special Projects to play an integral role in the Accounting department at our rapidly growing company.

This position will be responsible for general accounting within the operating expense accounting function, including preparing, recording, and analyzing accounting transactions to ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum five years progressive accounting experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred; CPA designation a plus.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record accounting transactions with accuracy.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze general ledger data and prepare financial analyses.
• Record payroll and benefits journal entries and coordinate with payroll.
• Maintain lease accounting records per ASC 842.
• Support internal controls over financial reporting.
• Assist with audits and tax provision deliverables.
• Cross-train across the Accounting department.
• Ad-hoc projects as needed.
