Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Analyst
- The Senior Accounting Analyst will analyze financial results and reporting across multiple domestic and international business units
- Support the Group Controller with financial reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Partner with operations throughout North America and Europe to improve financial performance
- Participate in due diligence, acquisition onboarding, and M&A integration efforts
- Help standardize and implement financial and management best practices across the organization
- Lead and support special projects that drive operational and financial improvements
Qualifications For The Senior Accounting Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5+ years of accounting, audit, financial analysis, or public accounting experience
- CPA designation or public accounting background preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis
- Self-starter who enjoys digging into issues, solving problems, and driving improvements
